Engineered for serious Yamaha performance builds, the Titan Motorsports 4340 Performance Crankshaft is designed for 2008+ through current Yamaha 1.8L and 1.9L applications.

When increased boost and horsepower push the factory rotating assembly beyond its intended limits, strength and precision become critical. Titan's performance crankshaft is manufactured from high-strength 4340 steel and engineered specifically for demanding high-boost, high-horsepower PWC applications.
Each crankshaft is CNC machined on state-of-the-art 5-axis Mazak Integrex 300-IV machinery to exacting tolerances of up to 0.0001", providing the precision required for high-performance engine builds.
The crankshaft then undergoes specialized heat-treatment processes to increase strength, fatigue resistance, and long-term durability.
Core Hardening + Stress Relieving
Improves the crankshaft's mechanical strength and dimensional stability, helping it withstand the extreme loads created by increased boost, cylinder pressure, and horsepower.
Ion Plasma Nitriding
Creates an extremely hard, wear-resistant surface that improves fatigue resistance and helps provide long-term crankshaft service life.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
