The ceramic titanium heat wrap is an exceptional choice for your exhaust system due to its superior heat resistance and enhanced durability. When applied to your exhaust manifold and downpipe, it effectively prevents heat buildup in the engine bay, reducing the risk of heat damage and fire. By wrapping your exhaust, you can insulate the heat within the exhaust system, lowering the overall temperature of the engine bay and improving the reliability of all engine components.
• Pro tip : Once the exhaust is completely wrapped, use a live torch to burn off any excess fibers. This will give you a cleaner finish.
Available in various lengths and widths to make it as easy as it gets when applying the wrap to your exhaust.
Available in length of 15m (49ft) and width of 25mm (0.98") (available here) or 50mm (1.97"). Durable for continuous heat up to 1100°C (2015°F) and short-term exposure at up to 1350°C (2460°F).
