Chase Bays high performance radiator caps are engineered to improve cooling efficiency. The radiator cap is an essential part of an upgraded cooling system and will help to safely maximize engine performance by controlling the coolant boiling point.
If your cap has too low a spring pressure, your cap will push the fluid out prematurely and fill up the overflow. When we’re all driving our cars spiritedly this rapid rise in pressure is common and your stock cap is not built for this. A higher radiator cap pressure effectively raises the boiling temperature of the coolant, providing extra safety margin and preventing air pocket cavitation at the water pump.
Each replacement radiator cap is manufactured from stamped stainless steel for durability and feature silicone sealing elements that are superior to natural rubber gaskets.
Chase Bays Radiator Caps are designed for “mini” size (32mm ID) radiator necks only. Please confirm what style your radiator uses prior to ordering. Below are popular vehicles with their respective radiator cap style that is used from the OEM factory. NOTE: there are MANY vehicles not listed below that use one of these radiator cap styles. You can always cross reference factory replacements from Stant to confirm.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
