The Titan Motorsports Stage 5 Cylinder Head Package is the ultimate Race cylinder head package. It is required to run a built dry block for this head package. We can supply either a filled OEM block or a billet race block for you if needed. This is the same cylinder head that was developed in the famous Titan Motorsports Copper Supra and in the world-famous E-Kanoo Pro Supra being the first 5 second import. This package is still used in some of the world’s fastest and quickest imports that are pushing deep into the 5’s in the ¼ mile and competing to be the fastest and quickest import currently.
We start with a brand-new OEM Toyota Cylinder head, closing the deck to add extra strength, then cleaning and pressure checking the core cylinder head. Then we remove the valve guides and do a full-race CNC port and polish including CNC’ing the combustion chambers. We plug the additional water passages that are not needed for a performance head. The valve job is done on a Newen Contour machine that creates the optimal valve seal machining and angle. Then full re-assembly is done with Ferrea Guides, Ferrea Heavy Duty springs, Titanium retainers, new seals, locks, Titan Motorsports Custom Ferrea +2mm valves, Titan Motorsports Copper Seats, and Titan Motorsports O-Rings.
We also install Supertech shim-under buckets and Supertech shims. These buckets are shimmed to match our Titan Motorsports Race cams that are included in this package. This allows you to safely rev above 9,000rpm. The buckets are half the weight of the stock bucket and prevent the common shim spitting that can occur with high revving engines. DLC Coated Supertech Buckets are available at an upgraded cost (Please speak with a sales rep at time of purchase.)
Additionally, the Stage 5 Cylinder head requires the use of a dry copper head gasket. We offer these in a variety of thicknesses (.032”, .040”, .043”, 050”, .062”, .080”, .093”). If you need a custom thickness, please speak with a sales rep at time of purchase.
For the Titan Motorsports Stage 5 Race Head Package, we DO NOT accept customer supplied cores or parts, either new or used. This is a GTE non-VVT-i Cylinder head, and we do not offer any other variation.
The extra attention to detail and custom manufacture of hardcore specific parts makes the Titan Motorsports head package above and beyond other heads that use plain off the shelf parts. If you are looking for serious performance, you found it.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
