SpeedFactory Racing Precision Fit Copper Exhaust Manifold Gaskets
Your high performance Honda needs an exhaust manifold gasket that can keep up with the heat and pressure. Racing or high performance engines have very high exhaust temperatures, and in the case of turbocharged applications exhaust manifold pressures are also very high.
Copper exhaust manifold gaskets are ideal for these applications due to their durability, reusability, and ability to handle high exhaust temperatures & pressures. They easily conform to irregular surfaces and have excellent thermal conductivity, stabilizing temperatures and eliminating heat-related failures.

- Manufactured from .039" thick (1.0mm) solid copper which is the best sealing solution for racing and turbocharged applications
- .061" (1.55mm) Embossments improve sealing by conforming to irregular surfaces and increasing clamp load around each exhaust port - 0.100" (2.55mm) total gasket thickness around exhaust ports.
- Provides excellent sealing and durability
- Will not break down or blow out
- For high performance street, drag race, and turbocharged (extreme heat) applications
Installation Notes:
- Flat side goes towards the cylinder head, embossments towards the manifold
- Work from the center outward in a criss-cross pattern, torquing to proper spec for your studs or bolts
- Repeat if needed until the gasket embossments stop compressing
- After 1 heavy heat cycle, re-torque after cooling to ensure sealing
